We don’t own a course. We have a pub, a monthly game somewhere around the Illawarra, South Coast or Highlands, and members that become mates.

We have golfers of all ages and abilities. The most important part of our club is that you’re having fun.
Bally SGC supports golf courses all over the Illawarra and Highlands. A new course every month — you’ll never get bored of playing the same old layout. It’s all about variety.
How the club works
The 19th hole
Friday from 5pm at the Balgownie Hotel
Balgownie Hotel is Wollongong’s premier pub and is our base for good times, beers, food, presentations and golf stories. The perfect place for the home of Bally Social Golf. After every golf day we reconvene there from 12:30.

Matt Lynch took Calderwood with 42 points. Greg Johnston and Glenn Irwin were a shot back on 41.

Tim Love won Kiama with 41 points. Peter Lewis, Lee Tsiamis, Rod Simpson and Nev Cadona packed the next four spots on 35.
