The Capital Tour 2024 – Bally Golf Trip Away

The Balgownie Hotel Social Golf Club annual trip away has become a much-anticipated fixture, and this year’s event in the nation’s capital was no exception. Nineteen golfers from the membership, three courses, and enough banter to fill the bus both ways.

Royal Canberra on day one, Federal on day two, Gold Creek to close it out. Group times from 1pm, a few familiar pairings, and the usual debate about whose handicap was “a bit ripe” for a trip event.
